Returns Policy

We strive to offer Easy Returns with a generous 30 day return period from your purchase date with a prepaid return label that will be generated for you and the fee deducted from your return once we receive the item(s) at our warehouse.

All orders will receive store credit. At this time, because of the demand for our products and how quickly we sell out, we will not be offering exchanges.

Return Instructions:

Please be careful submitting your return. We cannot reset/cancel requests once they have been submitted unless we are deleting it entirely and you won’t be able to resubmit.

Make sure you are submitting ALL of your requests at once for each order.

In order to maximize your return, please keep these things in mind as you package your return:

  • All items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for a return; this includes Clearance, Accessories, Jewelry, Surprise if1r Deals, & our FINALFEW15 discount
  • All Items are Final Sale with our Black Friday BOGO50 Sale – November 24-December 2
  • Sale or discounted item(s) are not considered Final Sale unless noted
  • All items must be returned in their original packaging, unwashed, without wear or damage, tags still attached, along with the original packing slip
  • Any item returned in un-sellable condition may be subject to a 25% restocking fee or returned to sender.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box will make the shoes ineligible to return, and will be marked “return to sender”. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

ANY RETURNS REQUESTED WITH PREPAID LABELS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN USED WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF INITIATING THE RETURN WILL BE DELETED AND CANNOT BE RECOVERED.

PLEASE PLACE YOUR RETURN IN THE MAIL WITHIN A FEW DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR LABEL.
